Arrival by car
- From Munich, Innsbruck and Verona on the Brenner motorway A22: Brenner motorway A22 to Bressanone/Val Pusteria, then on towards Bruneck-Pustertal. In Bruneck follow signs to Ahrntal. After approx. 5 km you will reach Gais. At the roundabout take the first exit and drive towards the village centre. After the bridge turn left and follow signs to the hotel.
- Mestre – A 27: From Venice/Mestre on the A27 towards Belluno and from Cortina to Toblach. Then on towards Bruneck. Before you reach Bruneck turn off towards Ahrntal and continue for 5 km to Gais.
At the roundabout take the first exit and drive towards the village centre. After the bridge turn left and follow signs to the hotel.
Arrival by train
If you plan to arrive by train we recommend Franzensfeste railway station. This is the interchange station for Val Pusteria, the final destination is Bruneck station. In Bruneck take a taxi or take the bus route 450 to bus stop Gais “Paese/Dorf”.
.... and sustainable by bike
Bicycles are also transported on South Tyrol's trains and cable cars. Bicycle transport is subject to a charge. Until further notice, bicycles will not be transported on buses. Taxis are equipped with bike racks. From the destination station Bruneck it is 5 km on the cycle path to our hotel.
"Südtirol Transfer"

If you arrive by train or bus in South Tyrol you can use the "Südtirol Transfer”, a region-wide connection shuttle for the last few kilometres to your accommodation.
You can get to your holiday accommodation from the train stations in Bozen, Meran, Mals, Brixen, Bruneckor Innichen, as well as from the ‘Flixbus’ bus stops in Bozen, Meran, Klausen, Vahrnor Sterzing and after your holiday you will be brought back to the stop.
The group transfer from the nearest train stations or ‘Flixbus’ bus stops to the South Tyrolean accommodations, as well as the individual transfers from all the transit hubs, can be booked online at www.suedtiroltransfer.com.
Local mobility
Holidays without your car! With the Bruneck Kronplatz Card you can use all regional transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge. There are half-hourly connections to Brunico. From there, you can continue by bus and train to the most beautiful places in South Tyrol.
