Hotel Innerhofer • News • Kaiserschmarren with applesauce 8/18/2020 In order to breath some vacation air we propose you our autumn RECIPE: Kaiserschmarren with applesauce and cranberries Ingredients for 4 persons 5 free range eggs 600 ml of milk 1 pinch of salt 500g flour 60 g butter Icing sugar for sprinkling 4 tbsp cranberry spread 4 tbsp applesauce Preparation Put the eggs, milk and salt in a container and stir vigorously with a whisk until frothy. Then add the flour and stir well. Heat the butter in a pan, then pour in the batter and fry over low heat until the underside is lightly browned. Turn over and over until everything is seared. Then tear it into small pieces. Arrange on plates, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with cranberry spread and applesauce.
