Ingredients 250 g butter 170 g sugar 1 egg 375 g flour 4 g baking powder Vanilla sugar grated lemon peel pinch of salt Preparation Knead all the ingredients together with the softened butter, obtain a smooth consistency and leave to rest in a cool place for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough, cut out filled discs and as many discs with a hole in the middle and bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Leave to cool, fill the filled disks with apricot jam and close with those with the hole, leave to rest, dust with icing sugar and enjoy! 155° C – 10 minutes
