Terms and Conditions

: Your room will be available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 7 p.m. we ask for notification.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10.30 a.m. in order to allow enough time for the room cleaning.
Luggage storage and shower facilities are provided on the day of arrival / departure.
Use our digital online pre-check-in. This will be emailed to you a few days before your arrival. Upon arrival, only the identity card is compared, thus shortening waiting times.

This will support you in planning your vacation on site or even from home. Here you will find the most important hotel information for the meal times, our drinks menu and the daily menu, a photo album, the bike program, a reading corner, information about the Bruneck Kronplatz CARD including the Kron Aktiv weekly program, tips for your vacation days, the event program in the region, and much more.
However, you are welcome to come and see us at the reception at any time, we look forward to it!

Room number:
It is not possible for us to make a binding commitment to the floor, location and room number within a specific room category. However, we try to meet your needs.

Smoke:
we are a non-smoking hotel. Please smoke outside.

Pets:
are only allowed on request and are subject to a charge. The dog owner is personally responsible for any damage to the facility or even people. We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused.

Reservation:
Reservations are only considered binding if they have been confirmed in writing and the requested hand money (caparra confirmatoria) of 25% of the travel price has been received within 5 days of the booking confirmation. Bank transfer or credit card.

Payment:
Cash payments are allowed in Italy up to € 4.999.00. You can settle your hotel bill with credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and EC card or arrange for a bank transfer in real time at the check out.

Tourist tax (GAA):
The GAA * is to be collected by the respective accommodation establishment from January 1, 2014 per guest per night and paid to the municipality based on statistical calculations.
For the daily prices, an extra € 3,00 tourist tax * per person (from 14 years of age) and day must be calculated, which is paid on site.

: There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the consumer protection code - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions!
Room reservations are binding. When you make a reservation, we also undertake to keep the room free for you for the time you have booked. Cancellations are uncomfortable for everyone: for you, for us, for guests who would have liked to come. Therefore we ask you to take out private travel cancellation insurance.

If you have not taken out insurance, these cancellation conditions apply:

Up to 31 days before arrival.
The deposit paid (Caparra Confirmatoria) of 25% of the travel (including packages) amount will not be refunded, only credited for a maximum of 1 year after cancellation for a new booking.

From 30 days to 3 days before arrival
we charge 70% of the booked travel price (including additional services such as MTB package, ski touring days, etc.) . The deposit paid will be deducted from the cancellation invoice.

From 2 days, late arrival, early departure or no-show
we charge 90% of the booked travel price (including additional services such as MTB package, ski touring days, etc.) . The deposit paid will be deducted from the cancellation invoice.

We kindly ask you to use our travel cancellation protection (including some COVID risks) in order to save you and us inconvenience and to obtain financial protection for both parties.
